Meet the team.

Noah Dearborn

Co-Music Director
Noah is a life-long musician who originally hails from Woodside, California. At the ripe age of 2, Noah decided (much to his parents' chagrin) that he was going to be a drummer. The next many years of his life were spent studying U2, Rush, Pink Floyd, the Beatles, and Led Zeppelin (thanks in no small part to the excellent music taste of his parents, John and Danielle). In 6th grade, he began playing music at youth group, which quickly became the high point of every week. By the time 8th grade rolled around, his Dad (also a musician) decided he was ready to begin leading worship in “big church” on Sunday mornings. As a classically trained percussionist, Noah spent his high school summers touring Spain, France, Germany, Ireland, and the Czech Republic with his youth orchestra. Noah entered Pepperdine in 2016 and got involved at The Well – a weekly worship gathering on campus – where he quickly became friends with Jordan Seah who had graduated the year prior. The two have been close friends and collaborators ever since.

Noah spends his time playing in multiple bands, working in recording studios throughout Los Angeles, nerding out about vintage vinyl records, and hiking in the Santa Monica mountains. He also really likes to talk about The David Crowder Band.

Jordan Seah

Co-Music Director
Jordan has been using his gifts to serve in the church community since he was 15 years old. He is a self-taught guitarist and composer, picking up his first guitar at 12. As a young kid, the mornings consisted of 'classics' in the car on the way to Webster elementary...Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Beach Boys, The Beatles, etc. As a teenager at Malibu High, his days consisted of jazz band and swim team, with guitar practice in the evenings. As an undergrad at Pepperdine, Jordan majored in media production and led weekly worship on campus for Celebration Chapel and The Well. Today, he's returned to Pepperdine to obtain his Masters in Business & Leadership; slated to walk in 2024 and he still helps lead worship.

He is the son of two compassionate parents, Heng and Leslie, and an older brother to Tyler. Jordan is constantly inspired by culinary and musical creativity. He observes significant acts of boldness and creativity in those spaces. You can often find him getting to know people around a lunch/dinner table or at a concert. If it's a dinner table, it will likely include sushi.
